Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and brush with melted butter.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pastry.
- Place apple slices evenly across the dough.
- Roll into a log and cut into 1-inch slices.
- Arrange on a baking tray, brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden.
