Sweet Apple & Cinnamon Puff Pastry Rolls

Description

Warm, flaky puff pastry rolls filled with spiced apples and cinnamon, finished with a light glaze—pure comfort in every bite!


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and brush with melted butter.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pastry.
  4. Place apple slices evenly across the dough.
  5. Roll into a log and cut into 1-inch slices.
  6. Arrange on a baking tray, brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden.
