Scrambled Eggs with Sautéed Apples and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp butter or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Heat butter or coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Push the apples to the side of the pan and pour in the eggs. Scramble until cooked.
