✅ 1 tablespoon kirsch (optional, for traditional Swiss flavor)
✅ ½ teaspoon nutmeg
✅ ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Fondue Pot

- Gradually add the shredded cheese, stirring in a figure-eight motion until melted and smooth.
3️⃣ Thicken the Mixture
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with kirsch (or a tablespoon of water if not using kirsch).
- Stir the mixture into the fondue to prevent clumping and ensure a silky texture.
4️⃣ Season & Serve
- Add nutmeg and black pepper for extra depth of flavor.
- Lower the heat and keep warm while serving.
5️⃣ Enjoy!
- Dip bread, vegetables, or meats into the cheese and savor the creamy goodness!
